Petit exercice d'ancrage qui ne dure que quelques minutes:
Assis, les pieds à plat sur le sol, les yeux fermés,
Visualisez-vous devant un arbre, imaginez le, son tronc, son écorce, sa couronne,
Ouvrez une porte imaginaire dans le tronc de l'arbre, et allez vous assoir dans le tronc,
Imaginez que 3 racines sortent respectivement de vos plantes de pieds, et de la fin de votre colonne vertébrale,
Imaginez qu'elles s'enfoncent dans la terre, jusqu'à environ 2 mètres de profondeur,
Imaginez que des multitudes de radicelles viennent s'ajouter à ces racines, et s'étalent tout autour, jusqu'à atteindre la largeur de la couronne de l'arbre,
Sentez le vent à l'extérieur qui agite les branches,
Sentez comme vous êtes stable, solide et bien ancré,
Ca y est?
Poursuivez la descente des racines, loin, loin, loin, jusqu'au centre de la Terre,
Puisez l'énergie de la Terre-mère, sa bienveillante lumière,
Profitez-en tant que vous en aurez besoin...

Sitting down, feet flat on the floor, eyes shut,
Imagine yourself in front of a tree, imagine its stem, its bark, its crown,
Open an imaginary door in the stem, and go sit in the middle of it,
Imagine 3 roots, each one coming out of your feet's soles, and of the end of your spine,
Imagine they are sinking into the soil, until about 2 meters deep,
Imagine a multitude of rootlets growing from these roots, and
Spreading until they reach the size of the tree's crown,
Feel the wind outside, moving the branches,
Feel how stable you are, sound and grounded,
All right?
Keep seeing the roots going further down, to the center of the Earth,
Draw the energy from Mother-Earth, her kind light,
Benefit from it as long as you need...
